Louise is the resident beauty therapist at New ID ..offering a range of traditional beauty therapy treatments.
I have been a qualified beauty therapist for over 20 years with vast experience including  working abroad on cruise liners offering beauty services whilst enjoying some travel and cultural experiences!
I hold a Beauty Specialist Diploma alongside a City & Guilds (NVQ3 equivalent) in all aspects of traditional Beauty therapy.
Working abroad gained me a variety of experiences which enabled me to incorporate in my salon experiences working within Birmingham City centre for many years.
My ethos is ” always to look after my clients”… “always treat my clients as if they were the ‘ only ‘ client I had in the salon that day!”
My aim is and always has been to create a holistic environment within New ID so the clients walk out of the salon feeling fabulous but above all ‘special!!’
